What is Schoogine?
Schoogine is a comprehensive digital school management system designed specifically for Ghanaian educational institutions. It streamlines administrative tasks, enhances communication, and improves learning outcomes across Primary and JHS levels.
How much does Schoogine cost?
Schoogine offers two feature-based plans: Basic at ₵5 per student/term and Pro at ₵13 per student/term. Choose the plan based on which features your school needs—not your school size. Payment is per term only with no annual commitments. Plus, your first term is completely FREE for all new schools! You can choose between school bulk payment or individual student/guardian payments, both with a 30-day grace period.
Do I need special equipment or software?
No! Schoogine is cloud-based and works on any device with an internet browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). You can access it from computers, tablets, or smartphones. No installation required.
How secure is our data?
Very secure! We use bank-level encryption (SSL/TLS), perform daily backups, and host data in secure data centers with 24/7 monitoring.
Can guardians pay school fees online?
Yes! Guardians can pay fees securely using Mobile Money, bank cards, or bank transfers through our integration with Paystack. They receive instant receipts and can track payment history.
Is training provided?
Yes! We provide comprehensive onboarding training for headteachers and staff. We also offer video tutorials, user guides, and ongoing support via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
